Duties and Reponsibilities

• Responsible for the filing of NTC permit application via NSW (National Single Window) BOC System and monitoring the NTC permit application status and payment. 
• Prepare inbound operational reports as required. 
• Provide NTC and shipment status report to internal stakeholders and vendors 
• Apply Bluetooth registration for devices to NTC. 
• Prepares and submits RFP (request for payment) to finance for Bluetooth registration, custom duties and brokers’ billing invoices. 
• Handles the receiving, initial review and validation of the submitted Broker’s billing invoices.  
• Consolidate report submission of all brokers and prepare monthly management reports and NTC status report. 
• Responsible for the document management of the inbound operations. 
• Process the application for cargo marine insurance. 
• Maintain and validate accuracy of inbound database system.  
• Responsible for handling documentary compliance to SARBOX Audit and Tax Group.  
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
