EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Electronics Engineering or any other related Engineering/IT course

Qualifications

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years’ working experience related to Network Engineering or at least 1 years’ experience in telecommunication network, solutioning, and project management related work
• Fresh graduates may also be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in designing and implementing network architectures for wireless/mobile, access, and core networks under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Supports the development of end-to-end network solutions by gathering requirements and preparing documentation aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Researches and stays updated on emerging technologies (e.g., 5G, IoT, cloud-native functions) and prepare reports on their potential impact on existing network environments. 4
• Participates in the lifecycle of new network products and services, including concept discussions, feasibility studies, and deployment support.
• Helps ensure technical feasibility and operational readiness by assisting in testing, monitoring, and validating network solutions against SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, vendors) to support timely delivery and quality implementation of projects.
• Translates business requirements into technical documentation with guidance from senior team members.
• Assists in vendor evaluations and POCs by collecting data, preparing comparison reports, and supporting technical assessments.
• Contributes to project coordination activities, such as scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and updating progress reports.
• Supports capacity planning and network upgrades by analyzing performance data and preparing recommendations for improvements.
• Maintains accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, deployment plans, and testing results.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards and internal governance by following established processes and checklists.
• Monitors global network trends and tools and share insights with the team for potential local adoption.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, including learning new methodologies, tools, and automation techniques.
• Assists in evaluating vendor solutions and technologies to optimize cost and performance.
