Graduate of Communication Arts; Integrated Marketing Communications; Marketing and Business Administration

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in media agency. Preferably Media Planner/Buyer, Media Research Specialist or Media Account Executive in his/her previous employment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1: Media Plan/Promotional Strategy Formulation

  • Manage multiple media campaigns and projects.
  • Initiate and spearhead media plans and projects.

 

2: Media Plan Execution

  • On-time delivery and implementation of brand’s media requirements without sacrificing accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Coordinate with various units to ensure a smooth flow in operational and technical requirements of the media plan.

 

3: Media Plan Monitoring

  • Point of contact regarding questions on the media plan.
  • Monitor effectiveness of the media spends, and ensure that all implemented campaigns are within set budget – avoid overspending.
  • Efficiently process Cost Estimates (CE) based on media plans and assist in CE clean-up.
  • Ensure all discounts from suppliers are always availed.
  • Create process enhancements in the media plan, ensuring media campaigns are running smoothly (i.e. mechanics, operations, logistics).
  • Monitoring of daily implementation of media campaigns (activation, make up spots, screenshots etc.).
