Program Governance & Analytics Specialist

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in an Information technology discipline, MS or MBA preferred.

Qualifications

  • Ten or more years of:
    • progressively responsible IT or relevant Technology experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
    • successfully managing complex and risky projects
    • business-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
    • demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
    • Telecommunications experience (ideally)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Program Governance & Prioritization

  • Manage demand intake and prioritization frameworks to ensure aligned, value-driven decision making
  • Support governance processes that guide program direction, approvals, and execution discipline
  • Promote consistent application of project and program management standards across initiatives

2. Program Delivery Enablement

  • Enable delivery excellence by supporting project teams, tools, and structured workflows
  • Track adherence to plans, timelines, and governance expectations to improve delivery outcomes
  • Maintain core governance artifacts, including risks, issues, decisions, actions, and changes

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for cybersecurity programs
  • Consolidate insights, analyze trends, and highlight risks, variances, and opportunities
  • Provide clear, concise reporting to support leadership decision making

4. Program Monitoring & Control

  • Track program health, milestones, deliverables, and benefits realization
  • Coordinate updates, escalations, and compliance checks with project teams and stakeholders
  • Support post‑implementation reviews and performance assessments

5. Stakeholder & Governance Engagement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and execution
  • Communicate insights and updates to leadership and governance bodies
  • Support governance forums, including preparation, documentation, and follow-through
