Education
- Bachelor's degree in an Information technology discipline, MS or MBA preferred.
Qualifications
- Ten or more years of:
- progressively responsible IT or relevant Technology experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
- successfully managing complex and risky projects
- business-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
- demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
- Telecommunications experience (ideally)
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Program Governance & Prioritization
- Manage demand intake and prioritization frameworks to ensure aligned, value-driven decision making
- Support governance processes that guide program direction, approvals, and execution discipline
- Promote consistent application of project and program management standards across initiatives
2. Program Delivery Enablement
- Enable delivery excellence by supporting project teams, tools, and structured workflows
- Track adherence to plans, timelines, and governance expectations to improve delivery outcomes
- Maintain core governance artifacts, including risks, issues, decisions, actions, and changes
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for cybersecurity programs
- Consolidate insights, analyze trends, and highlight risks, variances, and opportunities
- Provide clear, concise reporting to support leadership decision making
4. Program Monitoring & Control
- Track program health, milestones, deliverables, and benefits realization
- Coordinate updates, escalations, and compliance checks with project teams and stakeholders
- Support post‑implementation reviews and performance assessments
5. Stakeholder & Governance Engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and execution
- Communicate insights and updates to leadership and governance bodies
- Support governance forums, including preparation, documentation, and follow-through
