Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 to 5years work experience on product management/ marketing
  • With a creative mind-set yet process-oriented in approach
  • Highly collaborative with adrive for excellence and attention to detail
  • Capable of representing the brand with both external and internal partners
  • Effective communicator in both speaking and writing
  • Well-oriented with revenue computations
  • Proficient with Office 365 apps, includingPower Point, Excel and Word (as theseare mostly used for day-to-day tasks)

Duties and Responsibilities

Product Management

  • Receiving, evaluating, facilitating and/or coordinating customer inquiries, complaints on non-receipt of bills, disputes and requests (for copies of bills, historical and A/R related records), enrollment in Digital Bills Delivery-eSOA , special billing instructions ,monitoring of extended payment arrangement and initiating personal visit and meeting, as may be necessary, with clients to ensure prompt processing of payments prior to month’s bill run.

 

Product Marketing

  • Performing Treatment list analysis via payment reminder, follow up overdue invoices to client, sending dunning letters if they exceeded on their credit terms and recommend service disruption such as reschedule /inclusion / exclusion / suspension from auto-treatment.

 

Project Management

  • Handling evaluation and resolution of any pendingBilling issuesthat may result to operational or revenue adjustments to preclude any settlement delays.
