Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or any related course. Master's degree preferred.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in telecom or ICT product management.
- Proven exposure to domestic data services, carrier interconnection, or wholesale go-to-market.
Duties and Responsibilities
FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owns the product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management of Domestic Data products and services, including product launch and roadmap, positioning, pricing and P&L, GTM planning, and performance management.
- Supports engagement of key industries through deal-level commercial and technical inputs.
- Coordinates with Sales, Pre-sales, Product and Network Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure effective capacity planning and network expansion, solutioning, implementation and customer experience.
- Monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to enhance the portfolio and identify growth opportunities.
- Tracks revenue performance, adoption and pipeline of Domestic Data Products and Services.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submits weekly program status update and pipeline reports and monthly revenue performance reports to Immediate Head.
- Completes mandatory annual compliance trainings (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering).
- Participates in quarterly performance reviews and the annual performance appraisal cycle with Immediate Head and People Partner.
- Maintains 201 file currency including contact information, emergency contacts, and professional certifications.
