Product Manager for Domestic Data

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or any related course. Master's degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in telecom or ICT product management.
  • Proven exposure to domestic data services, carrier interconnection, or wholesale go-to-market.

Duties and Responsibilities

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Owns the product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management of Domestic Data products and services, including product launch and roadmap, positioning, pricing and P&L, GTM planning, and performance management.
  2. Supports engagement of key industries through deal-level commercial and technical inputs.
  3. Coordinates with Sales, Pre-sales, Product and Network Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure effective capacity planning and network expansion, solutioning, implementation and customer experience.
  4. Monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to enhance the portfolio and identify growth opportunities.
  5. Tracks revenue performance, adoption and pipeline of Domestic Data Products and Services.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Submits weekly program status update and pipeline reports and monthly revenue performance reports to Immediate Head.
  2. Completes mandatory annual compliance trainings (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering).
  3. Participates in quarterly performance reviews and the annual performance appraisal cycle with Immediate Head and People Partner.
  4. Maintains 201 file currency including contact information, emergency contacts, and professional certifications.
