Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Experience:
• With at least two (2) years supply chain experience, preferably in related industry and/or field.

• Preferably with professional certification in Supply Chain (CSSP: Certified Strategic Sourcing Professional)

Duties and Reponsibilities
BASIC SCOPE:
The position supports the Head of Procurement Policies and Performance Management and cross-functional team in the development and implementation of procurement policies, process improvements, performance management programs, and system roll- out/enhancements, through research and analysis, risk and control management, and benchmarking.
Works collaboratively to support procurement leadership, to enable development of relevant insights and for effective procurement execution with stakeholders of the business for the PLDT Group, as assigned by the Head.
• Develops, updates, and implements procurement policies, processes, system enhancements, performance management framework, and governance strategies to improve efficiency.
• Performs data gathering, necessary analysis, performance trending, and coordination with cross-functional team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and/or provide process improvements.
• Prepares communication plans for stakeholders regarding policy/process improvement and re-engineering strategies.
• Ensures that existing processes and corresponding improvements or revisions are compliant with internal and external policies, regulations, and laws.
• Conducts review, assessment, and facilitates actions required from Supply Chain Management for process/system initiatives by other business units that will impact procurement activities and processes.
• Provides first level technical support and assistance to internal/external clients in order to resolve operational issues in using Procurement system/s.
• Develops user access matrix of Procurement system/s based on duties and responsibilities of Procurement personnel.
• Produces internal business intelligence reports as required.
• Executes, verifies, modifies, and distributes reports according to pre-defined reporting schedules.
• Derives, compiles, and consolidates the proper data sets from multiple data sources for accurate reporting and performance management.
• Follows up with knowledge holders if non-system related data is required for report generation.
• Benchmarks procurement practices against leading practices.
• Provides support/assistance to the secretariat of procurement-led governance body.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
