Strong technical expertise in infrastructure and cybersecurityCompetency across areas like:
- Endpoint Security (extensive experience)
- Firewall Management, Network Security, Cybersecurity Risk (working knowledge)
- Cloud Security, Change Control, Directory Services, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and securing IT infrastructure (e.g., firewall, endpoint, network security)
- Handling change control processes and production environment updates
- Monitoring capacity, performance, and system security
- Supporting cybersecurity risk management and audits

Ensure security infrastructure is properly configured and optimized

Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

Collaborate with IT and Network teams to embed security in initiatives

Review and assess cybersecurity service requests and changes

Develop Methods of Procedure (L3) and present for approval (CCB/CAB)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in security systems and components

Investigate security breaches and determine root causeProvide expert guidance on cybersecurity, risk, and compliance

Test and deploy priority or special projectsLead disaster recovery drills and improve recovery processes
