Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 to 10 years of experience in an eCommerce or Technology related industry

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years leading, managing, developing, and growing a team(s)
  • Strong grasp of modern technology and ecommerce with an expert understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis and websites
  • Expert written and verbal communication. Able to clearly describe job duties to those they supervise, and lay out full plans to the management
  • Highly organized, analytical with strong technical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and schedule demanding environment

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze key metrics for Revenue and Operations and provide recommendations to improve business profitability and efficiency.
  • Manage the Business Operations team in handling daily responsibilities for Product offer setup, Inventory management, Customer SR escalations and SLA management.
  • Monitor, Track and define Improvements for all Business Support Partner SLAs to attain high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Develop/Enhance, Implement and Review operational standards, policies, procedures and processes.
  • Ensure compliance to all corporate, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of performance and development of direct reports to encourage productivity and professional growth.
  • Act as project lead on business operations related projects with regards to process improvements, systems development and transformation projects
  • Present Online Store Performance reports in weekly and monthly Business Review meetings to internal stakeholders and executives.
  • Regular monitoring of Online Store for optimum service availability and proactive reporting of operational issues or bugs.
  • Partner, Contract and Vendor management.
