Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description:
Ultimate Skill Level position: Performs and executes the following duties and responsibilities with matured competency and proficiency

BUSINESS ANALYSIS

• Analyzes requirements as provided by Business and identifies risks, assumptions, constraints, and impact to business processes
• Elaborates the stated requirements into sufficient detail that accurately defines the business need within the specified scope

BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT 

• Ensures alignment of IT services and business direction
• Act as a conduit to various IT Towers, Technology groups, and 3rd Party service providers to ensure participation and or representation for all relevant IT projects and enhancements

• Communicates with different Technology and Business leads/heads to participate in the resolution of major issues and concerns
