Qualifications

3–5 years experience in Product or Marketing roles
Experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Experience in IMC planning and execution, including large-scale programs
Exposure to social media and influencer marketing with ROI measurement
Business finance knowledge or exposure
Strong analytical capability (qualitative and quantitative)Results-oriented with strong bias for action

Duties and Responsibilities

Support the execution of TNT brand strategy
Develop and execute product, promo, and engagement initiatives to improve consumer experience
Design digital-first strategies to drive brand perception, revenue, and engagement
Analyze user insights, market data, and competitive landscape to shape strategy
Ensure alignment with Product, GTM, and internal/external partners on execution
Coordinate internal and external product and campaign launches
