Duties and Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Direct Field Sales Specialist is a driving force in expanding the postpaid customer base through proactive, field-based selling. This role emphasizes engaging customers directly, organizing high-impact sales blitzes that maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
The Direct Field Sales Specialist is responsible for orchestrating dynamic, targeted outreach initiatives within assigned territories to engage new markets and enhance the company's presence. He shall carry Smart postpaid, VAS, and other existing and emerging products from the MPIC group.
Key Responsibilities

Field-based Direct Sales
- Drive postpaid sales by directly approaching customers outside the traditional retail environment.
- Develop creative, targeted outreach tactics that engage high-potential customers.

Corporate & Group Selling
- Identify and engage corporate clients and employee groups with tailored postpaid offerings.
- Conduct product demos and presentations in corporate or large group settings to demonstrate product value and functionality.

Sales Blitz Planning & Execution
- Organize and execute sales blitzes within assigned territories, focusing on concentrated, short-term sales efforts to rapidly generate new customers.
- Coordinate logistics, define sales targets, and create a strategic plan for each blitz to maximize outreach impact.
- Work with local stakeholders to identify and secure optimal locations for blitzes that provide high visibility and access to target demographics.

High-impact Event Management
- Plan and set up high-visibility events (e.g., product demonstrations, brand activations) to create customer excitement and engage large audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop impactful event strategies, including branding materials, promotional activities, and on-the-ground sales support.
- Track attendance, engagement, and sales generated from events to assess effectiveness and inform future planning.

Relationship Building and Maintenance
- Cultivate relationships with corporate accounts and employee group leads to foster repeat business and loyalty.
- Serve as the main contact for corporate clients, ensuring consistent communication and addressing any needs.

Sales Performance Tracking
- Develop and execute action plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets, keeping a record of pipelines and closed deals.
- Leverage CRM tools to document sales activities, track engagement, and ensure effective follow-up.

Market Intelligence Gathering
- Capture market insights, including competitor activity and customer preferences, to refine sales strategies.
- Share field intelligence with internal teams to optimize product offerings and marketing approaches.
