Preferably with at least two (2) year experience in Project Management

Duties and Responsibilities

BASIC SCOPE: Manages client and 3rd party Project Managers and responsible in accomplishing the Program objectives. Must possess an outstanding knowledge and understanding of system scope together with the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate and implement the activities required for the respective projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Accounts Management

End to end Manages the following duties and responsibilities:

• Manages the activities to carry out the strategy and implementation of the collection of projects to achieve and realize benefits to the business.
•  Manages the project team on planning and monitoring of project progress
• \Manages the team in identification of major risk that will affect the whole program.
• Manages risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
• Aligns project deliverables to the overall projected outcome
• Manages the coordination of project interdependencies and bridging to necessary functional groups.
• Manages stakeholders communication
• Manages documentation and timely submission.
•  Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Enterprise Customer Onboarding

Conduct Onboarding Activities for new and existing customers a. Smart A2P UI Messaging b. Bizload UI

Enterprise Signal Service Enhancement

Assist and Liaise in Signal survey activities to facilitate enhancement, planning and installation.
