Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and perform the day-to-dayoperations of managing and maintaining the entire IT systems and services configuration items.
• Manage the end-to-end product delivery by leveraging on configuration service capabilities to achieved time to market objective.
• Ensure that the design, deployment and overall performance of all IT system and service configuration items are effective and adhere to IT standards and best practices
• Assess and approves standard products and service request demands ensuring all requirements and required documents are complete and correct for implementation.
• Endorses all received requests to all implementing IT teams, 3rdparty vendors/ Managed Services and monitors implementation within the agreed SLA.
• Manage resource capacity to meet the business demands. Understandsthe demand pipeline and ensures there is sufficient capacity to work on these according to agreed priorities.
• Works closely with IT & Managed Service Operations in investigation of all configuration related concerns, issue resolution, improve service delivery timelines and compliance monitoring.
• Works closely with the Business Partnering team to understand the demands, help with prioritization and scheduling, and drive the engagement with the vendor.
