Education

College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related course.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years work experience in brand management, marketing, consumer engagement, sales, or creative/below-the-line agencies in whichever industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the health of the SPP subscriber base by overseeing quality activation campaigns and SPP SIM portfolio management.
  • In-charge of developing and implementing programs catering to SPP’s national subscriber base which include driving first‑top‑up and engagement programs (0–90 days post‑activation) through campaigns that immediately make new subscribers top up or use SIMs with promo bundles.
  • Lead SIM registration recovery programs (conversion of unregistered SIMs before deactivation).
  • Ensure execution of Quality Base initiatives aligned with acquisition and base management priorities.
  • Responsible for achieving project KPIs, both on a national and regional level.
  • Engage the sales force in pushing relevant products and programs to consumers, alongside internal and external teams (e.g. Brand, Trade Marketing, Regional Marketing Creative Agencies, TPAs) in order to achieve business objectives.
