• Telco or FMCG Distribution Methodology

Duties and Responsibilities
Role Overview
Ensures relevant execution of baseline customer lifecycle for each Brand Segment. Defines and manages execution of Campaign Plan/s to deliver Brand defined Marketing objectives, Campaign KPIs and Target Campaign ROls.
- Design Customer Lifecycle/ Journey Map and Campaigns encouraging for actionable insights from Insights Specialist with multi-channel engagement options for test and BTL that will deliver marketing objectives, campaign KPI and target ROIS 2.
- Develop business case for planned campaigns and campaign portfolio, socialize and secure approval from respective stakeholders
- Manage execution of campaign pipeline for assigned segment.
- Engage brands and other stakeholders for directions, updates, campaign results reporting and issue management.
- Work with implementation teams to ensure campaign programs total execution with in agreed timelines and documentation.
- Secure funds for incentives needed for the campaign.
- Analyze and report Campaign Performance to assigned brand.
