Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on medium to large-scale IT projects.
- PMP, PgMP, or ITIL certification is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Program Oversight: Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring all objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and team members to ensure alignment and support.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program progress, performance metrics, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools to enhance program management capabilities.
