Qualifications

Work Experience:
•    2 years experience in the field of Loyalty and Rewards, in a Business Development, Product, or Marketing role
•    Telecoms / Internet / Payments / FinTech background is preferred 
•    Proven ability in the planning and execution of large-scale complex programs 
•    Experience working with partners across various levels to drive new business
 

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities
-    Manage the Product portfolio of GigaPoints, responsible for creating new business models that increase user base and usage, customer engagement and deliver new revenue streams
-    Defines functional specifications, business policies, processes, quality standards and user experiences of GigaPoints portfolio
-    Identify and pursue market opportunities and relevant ecosystems for GigaPoints in line with Individual Wireless business strategies & objectives
-    Explore and engage new GigaPoints partnerships and platforms that add value to Smart’s digital life ecosystem, drive revenue growth and deliver competitive advantage
-    Work together with Brand Marketing / Product & Innovation / Content Business Development teams in defining the product roadmap, communications and GTM strategy for Payments & Points services
