Education
Graduate of BS Customs Administration course with equivalent related experience preferred
Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in the import and export operations for at least 2 years
- Knowledgeable in the Import and Export Logistics Operations, Customs Tariff Code classification, International Freight forwarding and Customs Brokerage Services
- Familiar with the online systems of Bureau of Customs (such as E2M, NSW and BOl), Optical Media Board Portal, airlines and shipping lines
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications
- With Analytical Thinking and Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Oral and Written communications
- Quality, Detailed and Results Oriented
Duties and Reponsibilities
- Prepare and submit import permit applications, and track the approval process for permits from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) and Optical Media Board (OMB).
- Provide status and updates on import permits and shipments to both internal and external customers.
- Manage the registration of Bluetooth devices, the applications for cargo marine insurance and submission of necessary documents to facilitate the release and delivery of imported shipments.
- Handle the invoice and permit details transaction into the online ImpEx System to generate an automatic delivery tickets for imported goods..

Ensure the accuracy of tariff classifications (HS Codes) in the List of Importables (LOI) to meet the requirements for Customs SGL accreditation.

Collaborate with internal teams, brokers and government agencies (such as the Bureau of Customs and Optical Media Board) to ensure compliance and renewal of Import/ Export licenses.

Review and process payment requests for freight, brokerage invoices, ensuring thorough tracking and monitoring of payments.

Assist in monitoring the performance of the third-party providers and regularly update the delivery performance scorecard. Compile and address issues in the brokers' reports in a timely manner.

Ensure import/export documents compliance with SARBOX, Customs and BIR audit requirements.
