Qualifications
- With no or less than one (1) year of relevant work experience as a business finance analyst or accounting staff.
Duties and Reponsibilities
The position is responsible for managing the overall development, communication, and implementation of strategies in relation to tracking financial performance, and providing financial insights, information, forecasts, and analysis for its assigned business unit (BU).
Regular Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a financial strategic partner to the assigned BU to ensure alignment of finance strategy and initiatives with business priorities and directions.
- Review business cases, commission schemes, and other initiatives requiring Finance approvals to ensure that financial implications are aligned with budget and accounting standards.
- Examine costs, SOWs, and BOQs as presented by proponents and Procurement to ensure that project costs are within budget and aligned with cost savings guidelines.
- Consolidate Capex and Opex reports of all FBCs and provide analysis to management.
- Coordinate with various business units in the preparation of budget and latest outlook.
- Prepare special reports and analysis.
- Reconcile Capex additions based on accrual and cash basis.
- Review the Capex dashboard by tracing the lifecycle of approvals, from PR/PO to GR and settlement.
- Prepare Capex and Opex reports per vendor.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
