Education
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any 4-year business related courses
Qualifications
Experience:
▪ With at least 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting
▪ Preferably with experience in SAP modules ( SAP finance, BusinessOne, etc.)
▪ Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP standards, and SOX 404 processes, an advantage
▪ Preferably with knowledge in CSP and other Inventory systems
▪ Knowledge in KENAN and other billing systems is an advantage
Skills:
▪ Proficient in Excel and other MS office applications.
▪ High Degree of attention to details and accuracy
▪ Above average analytical skills
▪ Able to manage time efficiently and effectively
Duties and Reponsibilities
REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manual booking of monthly gross interconnection, intercompany revenues, prepaid revenues, sale of devices, and realized revenues from employee accountabilities.
• Ensure adequacy of Provision for Inventory Obsolescence.
• Preparation of Monthly Cost of Sales Analytics Reports.
• Preparation of monthly employee AR aging report.
• Preparation of Dealer AR and impairment reports.
• Reconciliation of commercial inventories in PLDT SSCs, One Digital stores, experience hubs, and commercial warehouses.
• Validation of Testing results of Key Controls and Procedures performed by non-finance process owners.
• Monitoring and validation of CSP cost of sales posting in S4.
• Clearance of separating PLDT employees for missing inventory accountabilties.
• Recording intercompany transfer of commercial stocks. E
• Quarterly and Annual count of commercial stocks in PLDT stores, One digital stores, ehubs, and PLDT commercial warehouse.
• Summarize and prepare monthly IOM for employee accountabilities.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
