• BS Accountancy graduate

• CPA is an advantage

Qualifications

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 2 years or more experience in accounting field.
• Experience in budget reports and analysis

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge in SAP & Anaplan is an advantage
• Well versed in MS applications especially Excel

• Strong communication, inter-personal & analytical skills.

Duties and Reponsibilities

FINANCIAL STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE
(Decision Support /Finance Input Provider)
• Preparation of monthly accrual schedules assigned to the team for booking during month end.
• Ensure checking of actual payments per GL account will be captured and accounted for properly.
• Closely coordinate with Finance Business Partners for budget confirmations and other related accounts.
• Provide value adding Finance inputs in coordination meetings or as needed.

(Reporting/Communicator)
• Preparation of Finance SOX Testing assigned to the Team.
• Prepare historical data and analysis of assigned accounts.
• Reconciliation of obligations reported in balance sheet with the books.
• Validate analysis with other key numbers.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & INTERNAL CONTROLS
(Diligent Caretaker)
• 100% compliance in self-test.
• Perform remediation of control issues as identified.
• Implement corrective action within 3 months from identification of exception.

(Scorekeeper)
• Ensure actual spend is valid, authorized and kept within budget or at a minimum.
• Process transactions in accordance with SARBOX GAAP & tax rules within set SLA.
