Education

Graduate of any four-year degree course, preferably business courses.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year Field Sales experience as Key Accounts Manager or Distributor Manager.
  • At least 2 years Brand Management/Trade Marketing experience in a reputable telecommunicationsor consumer company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clearly translates all market and internal data into relevant analysis that feeds into sales and marketing strategy and activities.
  • Consolidates all promo ideas coming from TMD Ops and Marketing, filtering the activity calendar and ensuring a strong business case for each activity.
  • Consults with field and support groups from planning to implementation stage of all demand generation programs.
  • Conducts capability assessment with all stakeholders to check for supply, technical, and sales implementation capacity;
  • Secures Commitment of needed resources for all programs (budgets & trade communication materials - i.e. advertising, merch mats, trade collaterals);
  • Communicates and creates tools needed by field for timely implementation and seamless execution of all activities.
  • Collaborates with internal cross-functional partners to improve and innovate processes.
  • Coaches and provides guidance on Career Development of subordinates.
  • Consolidate and monitor weekly on-ground activities.
  • Evaluates the projects with marketing.
  • Build the business case and plan for targeted attacks; regularly monitor the KPIs.
