Duties and Reponsibilities
Business and Technology Risk Assessment
- As technology risk specialist, conducts risk and vulnerability assessment, data review after migration and researches best practices.
- Analyzes impact of implementations and activities to product and services in terms of revenue.
- Analyzes risks in business process, business requirements and rules, systems design of new or additional services and systems enhancement on all revenue processes and supporting systems.
- Communicates assessments within SLA and escalates issues as needed.
- Ensures that identified risks are considered with the appropriate risk treatment.
- Attends on-site implementation activities including during weekends, holidays and window time (10PM-9AM) if required by the project.
- Conducts implementation issues investigation, validation, resolution and clean-up activities.
- Conducts field testing / physical assessment off-site (provincial), if needed by the project.
- Monitors implemented systems and services
Project Management
- Handles project planning, implementation and turnover.
- Ensures that internal end-to-end processes is being reviewed and improved to standard practices.
- Assess contracts and recommend appropriate action plans that will avoid any revenue/branding/company exposure and security/fraud risks.
- Documents project deliverables based on defined business processes.
Site Inspection and Service Quality Testing
- Conducts pre-audit requirements gathering, validation and preparation for on-site (domestic or international) vendor production accreditation/audit.
- Performs accreditation/audit and assessment of vendor physical and data security.
- Communicates, documents and monitors risks, mitigation and approval of the vendor facility.
- Conducts service quality testing requirements gathering and preparations (local) for on-site deployment.
- Performs on-site service quality testing.
- Documents, communicates and monitors results of the service quality testing.
