Brand Officer for Postpaid Marketing

Bachelors degree, Business Management or Marketing Management

Qualifications

  • Brand Marketing or Integrated Marketing Communications experience of at least 3 years (preferably with Telco experience).
  • Good grasp of customer lifecycle management and marketing funnel.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong analytical and visual communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the Campaigns & Usage Manager on making sure that strategic marketing plans are translated into actionable projects, to reach revenue targets for the Brand especially in increasing ARPU of the subscriber base.
  • Responsible for marketing campaigns/programs, from ideation to implementation, including project documentation, coordination with cross-functioning teams and progress monitoring using various marketing metrics, to ensure timely implementation and successful results.
  • Build Brand Equity support in providing the brand’s input and collaboration with the corporate campaigns.
  • Champion Usage, Key Partnership & Innovation campaigns and programs for the brand to enhance value proposition.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Value Management (CVM), Customer Experience (CX), Business Analytics, Product and Tech teams and develop campaigns to improve postpaid subscriber retention and build lifetime customers.
