Duties and Responsibilities

 

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Marketing, Product and CVM Analytics Support
  • Profiling and Insighting, Customer Deep Dives, Segmentation and Modeling

 

DEEP DIVES AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ANALYSES/ COMPLEX SCANS / MODELS

  • Identify, design and execute relevant subscriber and cross-functional deep-dive analyses, models, scans relevant to the business needs.
  • Continuously expand scope of analysis through correlation of new and external data sources.
  • Operationalize relevant deep dive scans to constantly find opportunities to generate incremental revenues and identify problem areas.

 

SEGMENTATION AND PROFILING OF SUBSCRIBERS/TRADE/CHANNELS

  • Identify, design and develop new segmentation models for deeper understanding of consumer/trade/channels/locations
  • Perform profiling and insighting on customers/trade/channels/locations through more granular views of the base
  • Design profiling/trending dashboards to enable business users to easily view and analyze results

MODELING

  • Identify, design and execute statistical models (i.e. Propensity Models, Decision Trees, Clustering) to address current business needs.
  • Identify, design and execute descriptive and prescriptive models (i.e. Star Rating, MNP Risk, Credit Score – Prepaid) to address current business needs.
  • Operationalize and regularly evaluate models for re-calibration, whenever deemed appropriate. CVM (Customer Value Management)

SUPPORT

  • Use Models, Segmentations and Deep Dive inputs to target subscribers for the campaign
  • Pre and Post ROI Monitoring of Campaign launches
  • Continuously improve pre and post ROI methodology in monitoring campaign launches; Regularly monitor and re-calibrate current framework when needed
