Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field

Qualifications

Familiarity with the functions of fraud management, revenue assurance, technical audit, core and access network services/operations management is preferred but not a MUST.

Duties and Reponsibilities

Employees in this position is responsible for the detection of customer and subscriptions related fraud scheme using Fraud Management Systems (FMS), Data Analytics, intelligence gathering and other techniques. In addition, the employee shall:

• Provide immediate preventive and control actions to detected fraud events.
• Provide advisory services to concerned business / operating units in the identification of fraud risks.

REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under direct supervision of the immediate head, the entry-level position performs the following fraud management tasks:

• Conducts analysis and investigation of assigned FMS alarms.
• Evaluate Service Request (SRs) stage for fraud investigation in the Customer Solution Portal (CSP) of Subscribers tagged as Inhibit (Fraud Listed) Account or Name or Address
• Analyzes reported and/or detected fraud cases and conducts preliminary investigation to gather information and evidence.
• Coordinate with the concerned divisions for the implementation of preventive measures on the reported and/or detected fraud cases.
• Provides necessary assistance to other divisions under RAFM in the investigation, validation, and other concerns relative to their respective objectives.
