Education

Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related course

Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years related experience, preferably as a Product Specialist or in any position in sales, marketing, and/or product development
  • Preferably with a 2-year experience in telecommunications, software/hardware distribution, value-added services, and/or telephony/broadband-related companies

Duties and Responsibilities

Basic Scope

  • Identify and monitor business opportunities for products and services.
  • Gather market research, customer and stakeholder’s feedback to create an effective product and marketing plan.
  • Develop the product positioning, strategy, pricing structure and roadmap for the products/services
  • Conduct and study current market and competitive landscape that will lead to product inception that is relevant to the market
  • Create a Go-To-Market plan to communicate the value of the product to the market.

Regular Duties and Responsibilities

  • Convey the product positioning, strategy and roadmap to the product development team
  • Monitor progress of the product development
  • Create a differentiated or superior Product Design
  • Manage A&P Budgets
  • Create Distribution Strategies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional that include but not limited to Sales, IT, Finance and Operations
  • Create marketing campaigns and materials that together with MarkComms to communicate product features and attract new prospects and existing customers
  • Timely Launch and implementation of products
  • Evaluate project/program and identify areas for improvement or opportunities to venture in to.
  • Manage and provide guidance to the Product Specialists (if any)
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Product Category Head and Head of Product Management for Broadband
