Data Analyst (Data & Analytics Infrastructure Management)

Education

Bachelor's Degree Holder preferably in Engineering (ECE, IE/ME, COE), Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Computer Science

Qualifications

Experience:
Preferably with one (1) year related experience in data analytics functions as Jr. Data Analyst or other equivalent position in related field.
• Must have a strong knowledge in computers and software/apps like MS Access/Powerpoint, SQL, DBMS
• High Analytical data junkie who enjoys coding but does not want to be a software engineer
• Solid Excel skill

Training (MUST training only)

>Strong written and verbal communication

Duties and Responsibilities

Intermediate/Journeyman level position, performs under adequate guidance the following data analytics functions:

1. Performs consultation with internal customers (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service) to develop analyses that leads to actionable insights that accelerate profitable group and triggers continuing process improvements:
2. Consults and works with data architects, database administrators, ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) designers, business intelligence and reporting application architects, and business data users concerning the outline of data requirement and defines / applies data quality metrics.
3. Implements and recommends operating methods to improve processing, distribution, dataflow and collection & data management procedure.
4. Works with several large and complex SQL databases needed in the data analytics.
5. Establishes data management and data governance framework/program that will ensure clean, accurate and consistent data across organization. (Data management is the development and execution of architectures, policies, practices and procedures in order to manage the information lifecycle needs of an enterprise in an effective manner).
6. Performs wrangling of structured & un-structured data from multiple sources including, sales, inventory, product, billing and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to derive decision making and process improves merits.
7. Designs and builds reports and analyses in Excel.
8. Performs other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
